PMRC team visited the PR1MA Affordable Housing Project in Malaysia to gain firsthand insights into the country’s approach to improving housing affordability. PR1MA, a government owned entity, is focused on developing quality homes and apartments to bridge the housing gap for middle-income households. The visit provided valuable learning on PR1MA’s operational model, development framework and delivery mechanisms. The PMRC team reviewed these practices to evaluate how similar models could be adapted to strengthen the housing market in Pakistan.
