PMRC organized a roundtable conference on topic “Unlocking Housing Finance Potential: A Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue with Regulators, REITs, ABAD & Property Experts” on 24th December 2025 at Ramada Hotel, Karachi, Pakistan. The objective of the roundtable was to discuss strategies for building mortgage liquidity, developer finance, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) to support the development of Pakistan’s housing market.
