Position Title: Senior Manager Products/ Head of Products

We are seeking exceptional product professionals to lead and support the design, innovation, and standardization of mortgage and housing finance products within a unique model focused on product development and ecosystem enablement, offering a strong opportunity to influence the broader housing finance market at the intersection of product development, policy, and ecosystem building.
- Design and launch new mortgage/refinance products and introduce enhancements to existing offerings
- Drive development of market-relevant and scalable product solutions aligned with housing finance needs through research and market feedback
- Promote standardization of mortgage products across Partner Financial Institutions
- Conduct periodic market reviews, competitor benchmarking, and analysis of evolving industry practices
- Translate market insights into actionable product improvements and innovation opportunities
- Deliver structured trainings, workshops, and capacity-building programs for PFIs
- Lead customer awareness initiatives, including roundtables and engagement sessions
- Educate stakeholders on best mortgage lending practices to improve adoption and effectiveness
- Guide PFIs on Credit Guarantee Schemes (CGS) parameters and frameworks
- Promote adoption and understanding of Environmental & Social (E&S) standards
- Ensure alignment with defined product frameworks, policies, and institutional guidelines
- Identify gaps in loan processing, product implementation, and operational workflows
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across PFIs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for product-related initiatives
- Engage with financial institutions, regulators, and international development partners
- Facilitate high-impact interactions, including industry forums, stakeholder sessions, and partner engagements
Eligibility:
Qualification:
Preferably have Masters degree in Business Administration
Experience:
At least have 10 years of relevant experience. Product development, market analysis, training, stakeholder management, process improvement, and ESG compliance, with strong leadership and communication.
