Position Title: Manager Islamic Business
Hours: Full-time
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description:
1. Dealing with financial institutions for new business generation.
2. Advisory to clients on deal structures and security documentation.
3. Support Business by preparing Term Sheets and other Documentation
4. Processing investment cases from initiation up till disbursement
5. Extracting and monitoring Line Limits, Pipeline, Guarantee and
Disbursement MIS
6. Facilitating clients for making alliance on projects and
collaborations.
7. Technical assistance to clients on their product design,
environmental & social policies.
8. Prepare business case for credit committee and addressing concerns
over deferrals and exceptions.
9. Review exposure limits and client’s security Portfolio.
10. Innovate and suggest new mortgage products for our market to cater
the changing market dynamics such a product for low and middle-income group,
microfinance etc.
11. Facilitating clients for their financing requirements, manage
drawdown request and complete required procedures for disbursement.
12. Follow-up with internal departments for ensuring resolution of pre
and post disbursement formalities pertaining to loan cases.
13. Perform financial analysis and draft report on potential and new
customers.
14. Conduct Market research on the mortgage industry and identify trends
in order to allow timely revisions in Business policies as needed.
15. Lead complete transaction process, manage drawdown requests and
complete required procedures for disbursement.
16. Management support for strategy building, business plans and pool
management
17. Representing company at different forums and promoting its offering.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Ideal candidate should be MBA Finance/Marketing.
* At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of Islamic banking & Finance.
* Good understanding of market research techniques.
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
