Position Title: Assistant Manager Treasury Operations

Job Description:
* Responsible for assist in maintaining and upgradation of all the
systems related to Treasury Operations, i.e., RTGS and IPAMs for PMRC, RSF
and PFGF
* To ensure that securities / Mutual Funds related all the
transactions are settled through RTGS/SGLA for PMRC, RSF, and PFGF Funds.
* To settle all the Treasury transactions, i.e., Bonds Issuance, Clean
Lending, Clean Borrowing, Repo, Reverse-Repo. Outright Purchases/Sales of
Treasury Bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds (PIB), Listed/Unlisted Term
Finance Certificate (TFC), Sukuks, Bai Muajjal and Certificate of
Investments
* To prepare and maintain complete investment portfolio information of
MM transactions, Placements, TDR. Outright Purchase/Sale, Term Finance
Certificate, Sukuk, Repo, Reverse Repo, Bai Muajjal and Certificate of
Investments.
* To ensure all the Mark to Market rates are input in IPAMs for the
valuation of the Portfolio.
* Manually perform Mark to Market of collateral securities of advances
when needed.
* To ensure all the treasury transactions are recorded in the
respective GL accounts.
* To ensure month end reconciliation of the SBP Current Account, SGLA,
and Profit Accounts
* To ensure timely submission of SBP reports of MMCRS, Daily Rcoa, IPS
Statement on the DAP portal
* To ensure timely submission of all PDO/Coupon Claim/Securities
Maturity Letters to SBP
* To assist for the timely preparation of pools in line with the Pool
management Policy.
* To assist Timely stare Pool Income of Sukuk to respective
stakeholder for review and signing.
* To assist OPS in calculation of Mudarbah Profit.
* Timely enter all the entries of Profit Sharing with respect to
Mudarib and Rabul-Maal.
* To assist to ensure the implementation of Policies and Procedures
for the Department.
* To ensure satisfactory internal and external compliance.
* To coordinate with Internal and External Auditors for the audit
* Input daily Kibor PKRV, PKFRV PKISRV rates in IPAM for PMRC, RSF,
and PFGF
Eligibility:
Qualification:
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations,
Banking, or Financial Institutions.
* Hands-on experience with RTGS, SGLA, and treasury-related systems
will be preferred.
* Strong understanding of financial instruments, including bonds,
TFCs, Sukuks, and money market transactions.
