Job Description:
1. Develop and implement PMRC’s Compliance risk strategy, framework, and policies in line with SBP regulations and best practices.
2. Establish standards and controls to prevent, detect, and address non-compliance.
3. Lead AML/KYC/CFT/PF policies, procedures, monitoring, and reporting, and monitor developments to safeguard PMRC from related risks.
4. Review policies, product programs, and SOPs to ensure regulatory alignment.
5. Promote and strengthen a proactive compliance and ethical culture.
6. Timely disseminate all applicable SBP rules and regulations to
relevant stakeholders and support departments in updating policies and procedures as laws and regulations evolve.
7. Monitor Timely submission of returns to regulator.
8. Handle compliance exceptions, coordinate with SBP inspections and LEAs, and ensure timely corrective actions.
9. Report regularly to BRC/BOD and escalate non-compliance.
10. Integrate compliance risks into the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
11. Design and deliver compliance and AML/CFT training programs.
12. Perform compliance risk assessments of PMRC and evaluate the effectiveness of AML/CFT preventive controls, and undertake any other task
assigned by the MD/CEO.
Eligibility:
Qualification:
* Master’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a financial
institution.
Skills Set:
* Strong regulatory knowledge (SBP, SECP, FATF, AML/CFT).
* Risk and policy management expertise
* Effective liaison with regulators and external stakeholders.
