Position Title: Assistant Manager – Legal

Job Description:
- Provide legal support to the company’s business interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and prepare refinance agreements, employment contracts, vendor contracts, and security documentation.
- Conduct legal research on matters relating to employment law, contract law, banking law, tax law, property law, and any other laws relevant to the company’s legal requirements.
- Support the company in managing regulatory matters of the company.
- Review and prepare credit agreements.
- Maintain and manage the database/MIS of legal opinions and documentation.
- Coordinate with external law firms on the approved legal panel of PMRC.
- Maintain company records related to refinance legal documentation.
Eligibility:
- At least an LLB from a recognized local or foreign university. Candidates holding postgraduate qualifications such as Bar, LLM, or LPC may also be considered.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Banking and Finance Laws, particularly in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
